Adapting Gilbert and Rummler – Waaaaay Back in 1979

This is what we did with Tom Gilbert’s Knowledge Map – but not from his book “Human Competence” (1978) – as two of the people I worked with in my first job out of college in August 1979 had been working with Geary Rummler’s brother at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Detroit for years and had been using this – updated for us at Training Services at Wickes Lumber in Saginaw Michigan.

That post also includes our adaptation of what I now refer to (and have since the mid-1980s) a Performance Model – which in 1979 was a Performance Table.
