TrendSpotters

This page provides an index of the TrendSpotters columns written by Carol Haig and Roger Addison, published by ISPI from 2002 to 2012.

TrendSpotters was a monthly column that appeared in PerformanceXpress, the online newsletter of the International Society for Performance Improvement.

Conceived in 2002 by Carol Haig, CPT and Roger Addison, CPT, EdD, this column’s purpose was to make available performance improvement models and tools that readers could use in their work. Each column featured a guest practitioner in Performance Improvement or a related arena. The authors interviewed each guest and then wrote the column, showcasing the guest, the model or tool they shared, a success story featuring the model or tool, and information for using it. All the models and tools are stored on this website where readers may access and download them.
